I had a match today and I was playing quite well but 40 mins in , I was on ground . I lent up , psyhio was there . She said I've been on the floor for 30 seconds out cold ! , I went up for a header and got smashed . I said I was fine , went to walk to centre circle . I couldn't walk in a straight line lol , I got subbed but said I'd played well . I feel fine now , was weird though . My legs felt like jelly .

Crowd said I looked like I'd been hit by a KO in a boxing match lol , also I went to town the other day . Going to pick up an elite for £180 with Fight Night Round 4 and Tiger Woods PGA tour 10 tommorrow ! . Looking forward to playing again , haven't played in awhile . Just chilling relaxing , listening to music , etc . I played Halo 3 at the weekend and must say it was so much fun . I played this gamertype called Grifball which was awesome , everyone just has a huge hammer and you have to get a bomb and set it off lol .

Also well done to Jimmy and Monty for saving us in the cricket , the reaction of ponting at the end was amazing .

King of the ring / My day

At the moment I have a bad headache and a sore throat , I had a 3 hour football session earlier which did make me sweat quite abit because it was tough and we did it when it was very hot .

My guess is that I'm either dehydrated and that's why I'm not well or it's got something to do with my hay feaver allergies . Whatever it is , it's lame . I can't get to sleep . And I need it after the day I've had .

I watched the second match between the Lions and South Africa , it was an excellent match all the way to the end . Final kick of the match won them the game , I think if are two props and O' Driscal stayed on . Then we would of won .

I'm not sure what was going through O' Garas head for that '' up and under '' . If he would of jumped in the air to try and catch the ball , then I don't think the ref would of given a penalty . Overall though it was a shame we lost because it would of made the 3rd match intresting .

Also on Friday I got my copy of Fight Night Round 4 , some good points

The Graphics are stunning , some of the best I've seen on the 360 .
The Controls have improved from the demo , there more responsive .
The Corner system is a good feature , you get points for doing certain things in a round . And you can use those points for recovery . I think it makes the game more tactical
Legacy mode : It's fun trying to work your way up the rankings in boxing . The goal is to be the Greatest of alltime ( G.O.A.T ).
Ludicrously impressive physics .

Bad points ( so far )

No Mayweather or De la hoya and other boxers .

Sup

Well today I went to work with dad and the work was pretty boring ( accounting ) but get good pay . Got back home and went for a 5 mile run , it seemed like a normal cold day but when I started running .

The humidity was so bad , was a really tough run . I consider myself a fit in shape lad but that was really tough . But I guess when you go for a run or do any exercise you want it to be some sort of challenge or push yourself to the limit ? . Other wise yoy will still be at the same level and never improve .

When I got back , I had a shower and played some Search and destroy on Call of duty 4 . Played a few matches and did pretty well , I'm not very good at Search and Destroy so I was pretty pleased . After that I went training/gym for two .

Back now , had some food and just watching TV . Also so looking forward to Fight Night Round 4 :D.

I watched the first half of the rugby between the lions and South Africa before I had to go training . I'm not really a fan of the sport but my dad said it could be a '' Blood bath '' with alot of good tackles and entertaining .

And he was right , it was entertaining even though when I left we were 19 down or something lol . I got back home a few hours later and heard we nearly won , final score was 21 - 26 to South Africa if you didn't know .

I also pre ordered my copy of Fight night round 4 , after playing the demo it was a must buy for me . The graphics are stunning , like the detail on the cuts and swelling on your boxers face after a fight is amazing .

The gameplay is very fun also , I didn't like the controls at first but after a few fights I got use to them . And started to dominate hatton ( sorry ricky but I'm still annoyed that I paid £16 and stayed up till like 3 in the morning and only got two rounds , I wouldn't of mind if you went a few rounds more /rant ) .

I also watched '' Ali '' yesterday staring Will smith , which made me want to play the game even more . If you haven't seen it , then I really recommend it . Excellent film .

Hard day but good for me

Well today I ran 5 miles in the blazing heat , got quite burnt but it felt great when I was done . Then when I got back I had to do some work which was quite hard but got it done .

Then later I went to the gym for two hours to do weights and core stability exercises , had a protien shake after ( Pro mass ) . Doesn't taste the best but it's good for your body and to stay toned .

Gaming wise I only played for 30 mins on my rental from Lovefilm , World Championship Snooker 2009 . It's a good game if your a fan of the sport , I think it's best when your playing against someone online or a friend on the same console . When playing the AI , they pull of stunning shots which I don't think anyone could pull off . Well maybe Ronnie O sullivan .

I got Call of duty 4 for £24 , It's an excellent first person shooter which has an exciting story and the multiplayer is excellent . It has ranks , a good number of gamertypes , weapons , maps , downloadable content and very fun with mates .

If you get bored of getting to rank 55 , then you can do challenges , these challenges are based on weapons /kills /headshots etc , winning different matches , or doing something . For these you get Xp and can unlock camos , more weapons and different attachments for your weapons .

I highley recommend getting this game if you haven't .

I give it a 9/10
